Project Overview: Modern Walk-In Shower & Vanity Renovation

This residential bathroom renovation in the Portland Metro area transformed a dated, cramped bathroom into a clean, bright, and functional space. The project focused on replacing an old enclosed tub/shower setup with an open-entry walk-in shower, complemented by updated plumbing, natural wood tones, and modern ambient lighting.

Scope of Work & Real Craftsmanship Details

• Doorless Walk-In Shower: Designed with a clean open entrance separated by a custom tiled half-wall (pony wall) topped with a polished stone cap. Inside, the shower features a built-in recessed shampoo niche, smooth tile walls, and a multi-function showerhead with matching handheld wand in brushed nickel.
• Natural Wood Single Vanity: Installed a floor-standing natural oak wood vanity with six side drawers and a centered storage cabinet, fitted with clean brushed metal bar pulls.
• Stone Countertop & Sink: Polished light quartz/granite countertop with an undermount porcelain sink, integrated stone backsplash, and a contemporary single-handle brushed nickel faucet.
• Modern Accent Lighting: Mounted a sleek wave-shaped LED vanity light fixture above a flat frameless wall mirror to provide balanced, glare-free illumination across the vanity area.
• Durable Slate-Tone Flooring: Large-format dark charcoal/slate-look floor tile providing a grounded, elegant contrast against the warm off-white walls and light wood cabinetry.
